Returns Policy

Returns

We operate a 14 days returns policy. If you buy something from our site and wish to return it because you changed your mind or think it's faulty, please contact us immediately, to arrange for its return within this time period.

Returns can only be accepted if the product is received unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging. The cost of returning the product and ensuring it is properly packaged and posted is your responsibility. We advise using a tracked postal service for your return. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of or damage to any returned product.

Please include the following information in your returns request:

  • Full name
  • Order Number
  • Feedback: It would be really helpful if you could explain the reason for your return. We appreciate feedback which helps us improve what we do.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will contact you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days (minus the original costs of P&P).

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at: hello@lapskaus.co.uk.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer an exchange option. We are just getting started and so we don’t yet hold stock. We hope to be able to offer exchanges and store credit in the future.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
